This Grounding hour is a gathering for Women to reconnect with their bodies through gentle movement, breath, music and presence.
We move slowly, We move intuitively. You don’t need experience. We move without pressure or performance.
Comfortable clothing you can move in.
Socks, Yoga shoes, Dance Shoes or Sneakers are welcome.
Waterbottle. (optional)
An open mind and a gentle heart toward yourself.
Guided grounding exercises.
Gentle movement prompts.
Music that encourages emotional release and softness.
Stretching, General body movement, swaying, walking, stillness.
Moments of reflection and quiet connection.
